Organizing your library: pillars, evergreen and recycling

Once you've generated a lot, the problem stops being having content and becomes finding it and balancing it. That's what pillars are for.

Pillars

A pillar is the piece's type of content: educational, promo, story, behind the scenes — or whatever you invent. You pick it from the open piece in your library, and then you can filter by pillar.

Evergreen and pieces that expire

• Mark as evergreen whatever works at any time of the year.
• Give what expires (a promo, a date) an expiry: it stops being suggested once it passes.

Re-queuing

In the planner you'll see the mix of pillars for the next 7 days. If a pillar hasn't gone out in a while, Gancho suggests an evergreen piece from that pillar to schedule with one click. It suggests: scheduling is your call, and nothing publishes on its own.
