What's new in Gancho
We improve the product every week, listening to the people who use it. This is the latest we shipped. Built in the open.
Launch
A new site, with the Autopilot up front
- The home page opens with the Autopilot: the week's board builds itself in front of you, piece by piece, each one with its day, its network and its time.
- The real work, at full size: six carousels that came out of the engine, complete and not just the cover.
- The whole circuit in one section: research, plan, create, you approve, publish, learn. Each step says whether it works today or not yet — anything that isn't built carries a “Coming soon” and isn't dressed up as more.
- Video pieces on the page itself — an ad reel, UGC and motion graphics — so you can see the quality before signing up.
- The Results panel was redesigned from scratch, and the screenshots the site shows now come from the real panel.
Launch
Your networks' analytics, in one place
- The real performance of what you published, together: which piece worked and how it moved, without opening one app per network.
- Results moves into Studio, next to Create and My plan: the dashboard is no longer hidden away at its own address.
- Comments and messages from your networks land in the same inbox.
- The weekly advice now speaks with your data instead of estimates.
- Publishing is still yours: the direct connection to each network is still being integrated, and we say so in the comparison and in the roadmap rather than leaving it greyed out.
Product
Pinterest, short links for your bio, and the founder price
- Pinterest joins the network hub: that makes ten.
- Short links for your bio: /tt, /ig and /yt lead to Gancho with the source tagged, so you know which network each person came from.
- The founder price now has a real discount behind it, not just a label.
- The hub's cards went dark and consistent with the rest of the site.
Fixes
Five fixes you'll notice
- The hook score stopped rewarding made-up statistics: it now weighs where the number comes from, and a small figure of your own scores better than one that merely sounds good.
- If you picked neutral or Mexican Spanish, that's what you get now: a couple of dozen templates were re-pinning Rioplatense voseo on their own and overriding your choice.
- Three features that had been returning errors for weeks work again. The fix already existed in another part of the product and had never been carried over to these.
- The payment button didn't work when you were signed in.
- If an image or video provider went down for a second, the whole generation was lost; now it retries before giving up.
Launch
New visual engine: pieces built with your brand, not with a template
- Editorial-grade covers and carousels parameterised with what's yours: your 3 colours with a fixed role each (primary, background, accent), your typographic voice and your handle on the piece. If you haven't loaded any yet, you pick one of the suggested palettes and get going anyway.
- Carousels come out as 5 slides with a skeleton of their own: every slide has its job, the footer repeats your handle with the progress, and light and dark alternate so the set reads as a single piece.
- “Fix one detail”: if an accent or a word came out wrong, it gets fixed without regenerating from scratch — whatever was already right stays exactly as it was.
- Download as PNG or JPEG, in 4:5 for the feed and 9:16 for stories.
- Zero AI-generated faces: the pieces are built on objects, hands and scenes. And you check the text zoomed in before you download it, because the models get it right almost always, not always.
- It's rolling out in batches, so you may not have it switched on in your account yet. We're turning it on slowly on purpose.
Product
The home page shows pieces that are actually published
- New “Made with Gancho” section: four pieces that came out of the product and are live today on @ganchoapp. They're not mockups or examples drawn up for the occasion.
- Under each one we explain the thinking behind it: why the uncomfortable fact goes first, why tension comes before the solution, why a real screen says more than three paragraphs. What you won't read there is how each one performed — that's not something we promise.
- Among them there's a 9:16 reel, 15 seconds long: motion graphics over real photography. Motion graphics means animated design, not filmed video; we say it that way because that's what it is.
- The page's 15 videos were re-rendered with the brand's real logotype. The ones that were up there still carried the hand-drawn hook.
- The Autopilot walkthrough now tells you what it actually does, step by step. And the “Analyses your niche” step ended up marked “Coming soon” and outside the live walkthrough: it doesn't exist yet, and we'd rather show it switched off than fake an analysis that isn't happening.
Fixes
Quotas, notices and one promise too many
- If a generation took too long, the system cut it off halfway — but the quota had already been taken off you. You were left without the piece and without the credit, with no trace that it had happened. Now the wait is tied to how long that generation can actually run, and if something fails the quota comes back to your account.
- Asking for a reel script now comes off your text quota, like any other generation. Before it came off nothing: it looked tidy and it was badly counted.
- When you run out of images, the notice tells you which plan is worth moving to based on the one you have. Before it sent everyone to the same one, even when that wasn't the one that helped them.
- On /precios there was a line promising more than it should: it said the Strategist builds your weekly plan, and the Strategist schedules one piece. Now it says what it does — a strategy chat that knows your brand and your history.
- And one you won't see but that mattered to us: part of our internal AI spend was being logged 250 times more expensive than it actually cost. The money at stake was cents; the problem was that our own numbers were lying, and we make build decisions with those numbers.
Design
One single typeface across the site, the app and the share cards
- Satoshi replaces the three families that used to coexist. Hierarchy is now made by weight, not by family: the same file goes from thin to black, so headings hit harder without adding a byte.
- The critical font path dropped 40%: there's less to download before the first letter shows up. And the font is no longer requested from an outside server, it travels with the site.
- The cards you see when you share a Gancho link now render in the brand typeface. The generic one was the most seen of the lot and it was precisely the only one without it.
- The price on /precios stopped dancing: the numbers moved to fixed width, so switching from monthly to yearly no longer shifts anything around.
Pricing
New prices for new subscriptions
- Pro goes to $30.900/US$25 a month and Studio to $63.900/US$49 a month. The yearly plan is still 10 months (2 free).
- If your subscription is already active, your price doesn't change: the increase only applies to new sign-ups.
- No shop-window tricks: no crossed-out price, no made-up discount. The price you see is the price you're charged.
Launch
The Autopilot: your content, made end to end
- You tell it which networks you post on and how many times a week, and the Autopilot builds the plan: it spreads out the days, picks the format for each piece and gives it a time slot.
- Every piece comes out complete: hook, script, caption and hashtags, plus its artwork — cover, carousel or motion graphics animated with your brand. Motion graphics means animated design, not filmed video; we say it that way because that's what it is.
- It writes with your Brand Profile and your Voice Document, so the plan comes out with your topics and your way of writing, not anyone else's.
- It works in assisted mode: it builds and schedules your week, and you approve every piece before it lands on the calendar.
- No piece ships without passing an honesty check: if it promises virality, throws out a number with nothing behind it or opens with a worn-out template, it gets stopped. We'd rather leave a gap in your calendar than put a fake piece out with your name on it.
- The 45 tools are all still there: now they're the engine the Autopilot writes with, and you keep using them by hand whenever you feel like it.
- Plans up to date: Pro US$25 and Studio US$49 a month. If your subscription was already active, your price doesn't change.
Trust
Your data and your subscription, no fine print
- The cookie banner actually blocks now: you can accept, reject everything or choose category by category, and until you decide nothing gets switched on. Change your mind whenever you want from “Cookie preferences”, in the footer.
- New cookies page: what each one stores, what it's for and how long it lasts.
- We rewrote Privacy and Terms against what the code actually does: what data we keep, which services receive it and what gets deleted if you close your account.
- Gancho doesn't store your card details. The payment goes entirely through Mercado Pago or Paddle, who are the ones handling them.
- Before your plan renews, we email you. No surprises on the statement.
- If a payment fails, now you find out: a notice shows up in your account and you get a grace period before the plan steps down.
- Cancelling has no maze. And if you just need a breather, you can pause the subscription and pick it up later.
- We put the whole app through a security and cost review: database permissions, sessions and AI spending caps. You won't see it, but it's what keeps the product standing.

Getting started is clearer and the limit stopped being a blunt sign
- When you create your account we ask where you post, and your first hooks come out for that platform. Before, they always came out in TikTok format, no matter where you published.
- When you hit the limit, the screen shows you your own numbers — how much you generated, how many times you ran out of quota — and how far your plan goes. No projecting followers or sales we can't possibly know.
- Discount codes actually redeem: there's somewhere to paste them at checkout and the discount applies right there.
- Email verification that doesn't block you: you generate your first pieces and only then do we ask you to confirm. If you came in with Google, we ask you for nothing.
- Link to the demo from the top menu: you try the generator without creating an account.
Product
Pillars, monthly report and a link your client can approve
- Content pillars: you define what your brand talks about and the planner shows you the mix for the next 7 days, with the pillar marked on every idea.
- If a pillar has been left behind, Gancho suggests a piece to cover that gap and you schedule it with one click on the first free day. It suggests; you schedule.
- Monthly report as a PDF from your library: your pieces by tool and by pillar, your consistency in the planner and your favourites. Only your own data.
- Client mode on the share link: whoever opens it can approve or ask for changes without creating an account. The link expires after 14 days.
- You pick the Spanish of the content: Rioplatense, neutral or Mexican. It changes what gets generated, not the app.
- Download carousels as PNG with your brand identity, and long scripts as PDF. No watermark.
Product
Share in one tap, a livelier library and details you can feel
- Send any result over WhatsApp with one tap, or use your phone's share sheet — the content travels ready to paste.
- The studio and the tools now generate with Cmd/Ctrl + Enter, without taking your hands off the keyboard.
- New brand motion: the hook draws itself while it generates, the “copied” check does its little flash, and empty states stopped being a grey box. All of it respects “reduce motion” if you have it on.
- Your library gets a new empty state with Gancho's face on it, pointing you to what to do first.

New face, sharper brain and niches that understand themselves
- We redesigned the whole site: cleaner, faster to read and with a live product demo the moment you land.
- The brain now writes with the same judgement across ALL the tools: calendar, ideas and repurposing generate hooks with the same discipline as the Studio — we measured before and after, and the improvement is real.
- Your industry now sorts itself out: as you type it we suggest the niche, and Gancho recognises it even if you spell it differently.
- We added the withdrawal button in the footer (Argentina's Law 24.240): you exercise your right in one click.
- When you share gancho.tech on WhatsApp or social, the card with the image finally shows up (it was broken and we fixed it).
- We're on X (@ganchoai) and Facebook, on top of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
Launch
The copilot has landed: The Strategist and the whole new batch
- The Strategist: a chat that knows your brand, your voice and your history, and thinks your content through with you. From the Pro plan up.
- From one idea to your whole week: you tell it the idea, pick the angles and Gancho builds coordinated pieces ready to schedule.
- Weekly Advice: a strategic review of what you actually did this week (with no made-up metrics).
- Synthetic focus group: test a piece with a simulated audience before publishing, with objections and a verdict per persona.
- Repurpose long content: paste a talk, a video or a newsletter and out come standalone short pieces.
- Editable Voice Document: see how Gancho understands your voice, correct it trait by trait and lock whatever shouldn't be touched.
- Smart search in your library: find by idea, not just by exact word.
- Conversational onboarding: you tell it about your business by chatting and your brand profile ends up built.
- With this, 45 AI tools usable today — the number comes from the code, not from marketing.
