How to build a content calendar without burning out
Posting consistently without going crazy is a matter of system, not willpower. Here's a simple method so you never run out of ideas.

Builds Gancho and publishes what he learns doing it. Reads every message.
The problem isn't a lack of ideas: it's the pressure of having to invent something new every day, right when you have the least time. The solution is a system that separates thinking from producing.
Separate idea days from shooting days
Set aside one slot a week just to think of topics (without shooting anything) and another to produce several pieces at once. Batching like this pays off far more than improvising daily.
Use content pillars
Pick 3 or 4 big topics (your “pillars”) and rotate them. For example, if you're a coach: tips, cases, myths and behind the scenes. Each pillar gives you dozens of ideas without starting from zero.
- Educational: teach something concrete and actionable.
- Inspirational: show a result or a transformation.
- Personal: humanize your brand, show the process.
- Selling: invite the next step, without embarrassment.
Recycle what already worked
Your best content doesn't wear out. A post that did well can be reformatted into a Reel, a thread or a carousel. Repurposing is the easiest way to produce more with less.
Let AI fill the calendar
With Gancho you generate a batch of days with ideas, hooks and scripts in one go. Instead of staring at a blank screen, you start with a full calendar and adjust it to your liking.
