How to cancel or change plans

Upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription whenever you want.

You're in control of your plan. Everything is done from Account & billing.

Changing plans

Pick the plan you want in the plans section and follow the checkout. If you upgrade, the new access is active right away.

Cancel whenever you want: you keep using the plan until the period you already paid for ends, and after that you're not charged again.

If you cancelled by mistake or have a problem with a charge, write to us at hola@gancho.tech and we'll sort it out.

If I cancel, do I lose what I generated?

No. Your library and your data stay there; you can export them whenever you want from Account.

Is there a minimum term?

No. Cancel whenever you want, no fine print.
